It was great catching up with eDeal co-founder Colin Webster in Spain this week. It’s hard to believe over 20 years have passed since he hired my partners, Saurabh Soman, Michael Grieve, and me to help roll out Canada’s first C2C auction Marketplace, which soon pivoted into building branded and networked auction Marketplaces.
Although Colin left the company in 2003, we’ve continued to build, evolve, and enhance the core Marketplace features he and fellow co-founder Leon Kuperman pioneered in 2000.
